Re-discovering retail. When Market at Opitz
Crossing first opened, shoppers delighted in re-visiting one
of the oldest commercial corridors in the area and finding
a showcase center. The presence of the new 350,000 sq. ft.
shopping center set the precedent for a new level of retail
quality in this redeveloping area. The center's distinctive
design encouraged a major grocery chain to pilot a new concept
for the anchor store. A distinguished group of tenants soon
followed, making The Market at Opitz Crossing a vital amenity
for surrounding neighborhoods.

and construction documents preparation services for the center
and for a future office park, including interior roads and
the 1,000-car parking lot which incorporates a commuter lot.
