Setting the gold standard. The largest and most luxurious community ever developed in Fauquier County, Brookside is heralded for its estate homes, self sufficiency and lakefront lifestyle. A rolling, wooded landscape and three existing lakes provide the majestic setting for 1,000 homes, a middle school built on donated land, miles of perimeter trails and commercial, retail and recreational amenities incorporated along the shores of 10-acre Lake Ashby. We’ve been involved since Brookside’s inception in 2000, providing complex rezoning services, assisting in permitting 12 acres of wetlands disturbance, coordinating with the county school board for infrastructure improvements, and designing a parkway connecting the community with major transportation networks. We also designed a 500GPM pump station and 1.5 miles of force main.
