Commuter Parking Lot, Prince William County, VA
• Client: Prince William County Department of Public Works
Saving time by adding space. Commuters to Washington D.C. spend more time on the road than anywhere else in the nation. Relief came in 2002 to over a thousand commuters in eastern Prince William County with the expansion of an existing 1,000-car lot next to Interstate 95, a main entryway into the city. Now the largest commuter lot in Virginia, it enables employees to save time by parking and sharing rides on the Interstate, which has a special access lane for multiple passenger cars. The 20-acre lot with 2,500 total spaces was designed with special consideration for three “slug lines” and bus access.

• Client: City of Falls Church, VA
Project supervisor for design of traffic calming measures along busy municipal street in heart of downtown area, with subconsulting assistance from VETTRA Company.

Open-End Capital Improvement Projects, Prince William County, VA
• Client: Prince William County Department of Public Works
Since 1999, have been an on-call engineer/surveyor for capital improvement projects including public buildings, stormwater management controls and roadways.
• Services: Surveying and water resources, civil and highway design engineering.

Whitehaven Stormwater Management, Dumfries, VA
• Client: Town of Dumfries
Improvements to stormwater management system and roadways for four streets in historic town of Dumfries.
• Services: Water resources, highway engineering and construction estimating.

Lucasville Road Realignment and Improvements, Prince William County, VA
• Client: Prince William County Department of Public Works
Realignment and drainage improvements design for portions of busy two-lane road with shoulders.
• Services: Surveying, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering.

Stormwater Infrastructure Surveying, Falls Church, VA
• Client: City of Falls Church, VA
Pilot stormwater utility project in cooperation with URS Corporation and in compliance with EPA requirements.

Powell's Landing Pump Station, Prince William County, VA
• Client: GP Enterprises
Pump station and sanitary sewer system design to support 500-unit community.
• Services: Sanitary engineering, water resources.

Fawn Lake Wetlands and Dam, Spotsylvania County, VA
• Client: NTS Development Corporation
Mitigated the impact of improvements to 150 acres of wetlands interspersed in 2,800-acre community, including restoration design for 35-acre previously disturbed portion. Also designed improvements to 63 ft. earthen dam.
