Familiarity breeds success. When an out-of-the-area manufacturing company wanted to re-locate its headquarters, they called upon our intimate familiarity with the region to help them. We located and studied the feasibility of four sites, taking into consideration 120,000 sq. ft. of high-tech manufacturing space, railroad services proximity, commuting time for employees, site access and even the attitudes of the jurisdictions toward industrial development. Once a site was selected, we performed the extensive planning, zoning, water resources and civil engineering necessary to ensure the future success of the company at that location.
