ENGINEERING GROUPE, INC. SELECTED BY PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY SERVICE AUTHORITYTO PROVIDE CIVIL ENGINEERING AND SURVEY SERVICES

WOODBRIDGE, VA—JULY 11, 2005

John S. (Skip) Groupe, IV, President, announces that The Engineering Groupe, Inc. has been selected by the Prince William County Service Authority to provide a variety of surveying services related to the design of water and sewer lines.  The contract is for a one (1) year period.   The PWCSA is for providing a comprehensive, countywide, water and sewer system for approximately 65,000 customers.  Over the next year The Engineering Groupe along with two other professional firms plan to work with the PWCSA to improve on their current 820 miles of water mains and over 860 miles of sewage collectors and interceptors. 

The scope of service includes surveying, GPS, and Auto CAD capabilities, environmental compliance associated with land use, water and sanitary sewer engineering design capabilities, site plan and related lot preparation, and lastly, Federal, State, and Local permitting related to the miscellaneous engineering services required.
