PATRICK MULHERN JOINS THE ENGINEERING GROUPE, INC.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—APRIL 1, 2005

John S. "Skip" Groupe, IV, President of The Engineering Groupe, Inc. of Woodbridge , is pleased to announce that Patrick Mulhern, AICP has joined the firm as Vice President and Director of Planning.  Mr. Mulhern will be responsible for oversight of planning, design, and administration efforts related to residential, commercial and municipal site development.  Patrick is an active member of the VAPA, APA, ASLA, VRPA and NRPA professional member organizations.    

Mr. Mulhern has a BS degree in Urban and Environmental Planning and a Masters degree in Planning from the UVA School of Architecture. Patrick has more than 20 years of experience in senior-level land development planning that includes residential, commercial and mixed use projects and historical structures restoration, master planning, design, and construction of numerous park and recreational facilities.  

Pat also brings with him extensive knowledge of Prince William County , its processes and people.  "It's great to have someone in this position that is not only a knowledgeable and experienced Planner but also has a strong familiarity with local government processes and procedures.  He will truly be an asset to our organization" states Groupe.

Patrick resides in Nokesville , VA with his wife and their four daughters.
