"Skip" Groupe, IV, PE.  Today, The Engineering Groupe occupies offices in two locations, and employs a staff of approximately 68 team members with expertise in the entire spectrum of land development services, from feasibility studies through construction administration.  As a full-service engineering, surveying and planning firm, our client list varies in size and scope and we can accommodate a diverse list of projects ranging from golf courses to public works.
