NEW APPOINTMENT AT THE ENGINEERING GROUPE INC.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—JUNE 16, 2005

John S. (Skip) Groupe, IV, President of The Engineering Groupe, Inc. of Woodbridge, announces that Lew Rowles, has been promoted to the position of Manager of the House Grading Department, South Division.  Working out of the company’s South (Fredericksburg) office, Mr. Rowles will be responsible for coordinating all house grading operations from client contact thru house grading to plan approval. Lew will work closely with clients and their architects ensuring all needs are met, as well as ensuring proper engineering practices such as drainage, slopes, setbacks, avoiding wetlands and floodplain are followed, while continuously maximizing site aesthetics.

Mr. Rowles has 39 years of experience in management, engineering design, construction inspection, and overall project management.  He is a long time resident of Fredericksburg where he lives with his wife Alice.
